  • Brief description

  A Hall-bar measurement system is an integrated platform for determining carrier transport properties such as resistivity, Hall coefficient, mobility, and carrier concentration using Hall bar and van der Pauw sample geometries, under controlled current, voltage, temperature, and magnetic field conditions.

  • Specifications: 

    - Cooling Mechanism: Closed-cycle cryocooler

    - Temperature Range: 10 K – 470 K

    - Temperature Control Stability: ≤±50 mK @ 10 K – 470 K

    - Maximum Magnetic Field: ≥ ±2.5 T

    - Max Measurable Resistance (Hall Test): ≥ 100 GΩ

    - Hall Effect Measurement Time: ≤ 10 s

    - Current source range: 1 μA to 100 mA

    - Voltage measurement range: 1 mV to 10 V;
