  • Brief description

    The main equipment of the solar cell I-V characteristic testing system is the solar simulator, which is widely used in the research fields of solar cells and photothermal studies. It tests the photoelectric conversion efficiency and electrical properties of new materials such as perovskite, quantum dots, and organic photovoltaics. Through long-term illumination or thermal cycle testing, it evaluates the performance degradation and service life of the cells, among other aspects.

    -Effective light-receiving area of reference cell: 2 cm × 2 cm, Standard Solar Spectrum AM 1.5G

    -Output beam size: 8*8 inchs

    -6*6 inchs samples, equipped with a water circulation chiller and an air pump equipped with 2 test probe holders,

    -Probes can be mounted on the vacuum positioning variable temperature sample stage

    -Short-circuit current (Isc), current density (Jsc), open-circuit voltage (Voc), fill factor (ff), maximum output power (Pmax), cell efficiency (η), and other standard photovoltaic cell parameters.
