  • Brief description

The planetary ball mill in glove box is primarily designed for use inside a glove box, mainly serving as a laboratory equipment for solid sample pretreatment. It can process hard, medium-hard, soft, brittle, elastic, and fibrous materials through pulverizing, homogenization, nano-grinding, mechanical alloying, and colloid milling, to prepare samples for physical and chemical analysis. A single instrument can achieve dry grinding, wet grinding, and nano-grinding.

  • Specifications:

    -Vacuum degree: -0.098 Mpa.

    -Effective volume: Approx. 2 L.

-Planetary box speed (revolution): Max. 70 rpm.

-Stirring paddle speed (rotation): Max. 112 rpm.

-High-speed dispersion disc speed: Max. 3850 rpm.

-Control mode: Variable frequency speed regulation, temperature control, lighting, lifting, operation/emergency stop, and other functions are displayed and operated on the electrical cabinet control panel. The equipment can realize automatic variable speed operation in time segments.

-Stirring mode: Revolution + rotation; dual stirring shafts + dual dispersion shafts (4 dispersion discs in total) + 1 wall scraper (Teflon).
