Introduction

Dr. Yun Zhao is a lecturer in the School of Materials Science and Chemical Engineering of Hubei University of Technology. She graduated from the School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering of National University of Singapore with a PhD degree, and her research interests are in the study of two-dimensional materials worked as the catalysts in lithium sulfur batteries and lithium metal anode free batteries. She was selected for the Hubei Provincial "Hundred Talents Program" Innovation Talent in 2025 and was selected for the third batch of the Postdoctoral Overseas Talent Recruitment Program in 2026. She has published over 20 academic papers in domestic and international journals (6 as first author), 3 of which have an impact factor greater than 10. In the past five years, she has led one project under the Hubei Provincial Natural Science Foundation (Youth Category B), one project under the Hubei Provincial Department of Education Scientific Research Plan for Young Talents, and participated in one project from the Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory and one key project from the Shenzhen Municipal Natural Science Foundation.
