IntroductionPh.D., Master supervisor, specially appointed professor at Hubei University of Technology; Expert registered with the science and technology department of Hubei province; Evaluation expert for high-tech enterprises. His research focuses on chip design, low-dimensional materials and devices, thin-film growth, and surface physical chemistry. He achieves several original results, such as the construction of novel heterostructures, fabrication of uniform electronic thin films at wafer scale, enhancement of piezoelectric/photoelectric/ferroelectric properties, and architecture of novel circuit. He has led or participated in over 10 research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Key Research and Development Program of Hubei Province. He has finished many industry-sponsored projects involving radio frequency filters, substrate modification, and device packaging. He has published more than 60 SCI papers in internationally renowned journals, such as Nature Communications, ACS Nano, and Ceramics International, including one highly cited paper with a maximum citation count exceeding 1,000. He serves as an editorial board member or reviewer for several academic journals and is a member of multiple professional societies, including the Hubei Innovative Development Association for High-End Chips, the Hubei Quantum Information Science Association, the Chinese Chemical Society, and the Chinese Materials Research Society. He was awarded the Second Prize of Hubei Natural Science Award (2024), the Second Prize of "Science and Innovation China · Hubei Science-Technology-Economy Integration" Outstanding Project (2024), and the Second Prize in the Semiconductor Track of the Industry-University Collaborative Innovation Competition (2023). His research work has been featured on platforms such as CCTV News, Hubei University of Technology News, and Materials Views, generating significant academic impact both domestically and internationally.
