研究课题
1. 过渡金属催化的选择性烯丙基碳-氢键氟化反应研究,国家自然科学基金项目,2014-2016,主持。
2. 过渡金属催化的新型氟化反应研究,高层次人才启动基金项目,2014-2018,主持。
3. 钯催化碳-氢键亲核氟化反应研究及其在含氟药物合成中的应用,药物合成与优化湖北省重点实验室开放基金重点项目,2017-2019,主持。
4. 含全顺式氟代环己烷结构的高频低介电聚合物研究,绿色轻工材料湖北省重点实验室开放基金重点项目,2020-2022,主持。
5. 喹啉类抗病毒药物先导化合物的绿色合成与结构优化,武汉市知识创新专项项目,2022-2024,主持。
6. 以19-羟基雄烯二酮为原料合成替勃龙的工艺开发,企业委托项目,2017-2018,主持。
7. 以20-(羟甲基)孕甾烯酮(BA)为原料合成黄体酮的工艺开发,企业委托项目,2018-2019,主持。
8. 酯化反应新型固体催化剂的开发,企业委托项目,2020-2022,主持。
9. 苯烯莫德中间体的绿色合成工艺,企业委托项目,2020-2022,主持。
10. 5-氯-3-甲基-2-氨基苯甲酰甲胺工艺开发,企业委托项目,2019-2024,主持。
主要成果
发表高水平SCI论文50余篇,授权发明专利20余项。
课题组学生在读期间均受到良好的学术与实践训练,平均每名毕业生发表高水平SCI论文2篇以上,5人/次获研究生国家奖学金(2万元),10多人/次获一等学业奖学金(1万元),多名毕业生出国留学(德国莱布尼茨催化研究所),或在中科院、浙江大学、武汉大学、南方科技大学、华中师范大学等知名高校或研究所攻读博士学位,其他的考上公务员、教师或进入知名企业工作。
