概况

张悦博士于2022年获华中科技大学材料学博士学位,随后在南洋理工大学从事博士后研究。其研究主要围绕二维半导体材料、范德华异质结构及新型光电子器件展开,重点关注其在光电探测、成像与偏振敏感光电子器件等方向的应用。
